Service Technician - We offer Paid on the job training, paid vacation, and commission incentives.
We are a growing garage door service and repair company based in Marion, Ohio that offers our team members paid on the job training, as well as opportunities to attend factory training courses, five paid holidays per year, and 10 days of paid vacation after one year on the job.

The Position: We’re looking for self motivated individuals to join our team as service technicians.
• 10 days paid vacation after one year of employment, with one additional day per year of service (up to 20 total days).
• Company match IRA retirement plan.
Requirements:
• Valid Drivers License, basic hand and power tools (can be purchased through company), eagerness to learn new skills. A great attitude is our most important asset. Customer service experience and mechanical aptitude are also beneficial.
Responsibilities:
• Handle direct communication with customers to assess, troubleshoot, and repair garage door and opener related issues. Technicians are required to keep a clean and properly stocked vehicle, as well as necessary daily load outs of needed materials.
